Journal entry by Jessica Wesley

We started Delayed Intensification on April 11th. We hit a hiccup on April 14th when Samuel ended up being allergic to the chemotherapy drug that was given. Thankfully it wasn’t a bad reaction and the staff took immediate and great care of him. We are now about to finish the six shots that replaced the medicine he was allergic to. We will be in the hospital three days a week for the next 3-4 weeks so please continue to cover Samuel and our family in prayer for safe travels, no side effects, the staff, other families walking through this journey and for the Father to be made family through this trial.
We took a week long trip between treatments with my mom to a beautiful Airbnb farm. The boys loved it and Samuel would wake up every morning we were there and say, “Go feed the baby goats momma!”  We also went to the zoo. One of their favorite places. Samuel loves the carousel! Samuel has had all the energy of a thriving 2 year old and we are very grateful for that! Gods mercy is overwhelming and Samuel’s joy is infectious🥰❤️

Thank you for all you prayers and support!
