Today is Sunday morning and I’m awake at the same time Sam died, last Sunday morning. I was just lying here thinking about going to church without him for the first time, and realized what time it was.   First of many things I’ll be doing alone. Many friends have walked this journey and now it’s my turn. God is with me and so many friends here, to support me. I know my Heavenly Sam is suffering no more cancer and is again, this Sunday, playing his trumpet our Lord.
