Journal entry by Kathy Johnson —
Hello and happy Friday!! We are celebrating BIG as Sabrina was discharged today and is home!! She is feeling stronger and making improvements each day. Home Healthcare will be coming to help her with certain tasks she has difficulty with and she was sent home with a walker to keep her safe as she works towards becoming more independent in daily life skills. She will also receive PT and OT at home for a while. Her blood pressure continues to be low so that will be monitored with HH. We are so grateful for all of the support, prayers, visits, calls, texts, mail, and most of all the love she feels from each of you!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!! I will be setting up a meal train here soon as well so please watch for that. She eats like a Chickadee😏 so I will give details when setting that up. Please continue to pray as she works hard to gain strength and can get back to doing other activities and getting out to enjoy the beautiful sunshine!
