Ryan has had the surgery to stabilize his neck, fix his wrist, the tracheostomy, and the peg for a feeding tube. Everything went well. He is still in a coma, but they did turn the ventilator off that was helping him breathe because he is breathing on his own. Baby steps, but there is something! 

There has been talk that he will be transferred to Balboa Hospital this week, but his nurse could not give me an exact date.
