I want to say thank you to each and everyone who has sent cards, letters and donations! Your support has helped carry us through some rough times, and we really appreciate it.
Rusty will be flown home, with our son Aaron as his escort, this Tuesday night. The funeral will be Monday May 14th, 2018 at 11am. Hillcrest Baptist Church in Cedar Hill, Tx. will be hosting us and Rusty has said numerous times, he "doesn't want a bunch of crying" so the service will be short and sweet (just like him). We will then walk over to the fellowship hall for a Celebration of Life, homemade food and hopefully many of you will tell us your Rusty Pool stories! We will head over to the DFW National Cemetary around 1:45pm for the final goodbye.
Each and every one of you are invited to attend all events and we hope to see you there.
If you have not donated to our GoFundMe campaign, please consider it. Because of Rustys age, we did not have life insurance for him, just our retirement. I really appreciate each and every one of you!
