We have been home since Thursday afternoon. It has been an adjustment, but a good one. Ro is thriving and doing well. He has a sideways crawl that he does to get around, and then is able to walk holding on to furniture and someone’s hand. Big brother loves to help him walk (as well as steal his wheelchair and ride around the house). We are all happy to be under the same roof again. Currently, he needs constant supervision bc he tries to get up and do the things that he used to be able to do....he is getting there though and will be back walking and running like he did before.  We haven’t seen any seizures since coming home though!! His speech and cognition continues to improve, and he is also standing up straighter! It’s so amazing. He still isn’t using his left arm at all..please pray that the use of that arm will return.  He returned to daycare today and will be doing half days this week to get all of his therapies. He had a great day, enjoyed being back, and all his teachers were inpressed on all his improvements. He participated in circle time (which prior to surgery, he wouldn’t), and he is talking more and wanting to play with friends (which he didn’t want to do prior to surgery either).  He is such an amazing miraculous little boy!
