Well the prayers and miracles happened. He came through a very long surgery. He was heading to recovery when we left the hospital. They thought he'd be in there for at least an hour or two. 

Mom and Erin will go back right away tomorrow morning. Jen and I will head over a little later. 

Please continue sending prayers as the next few days are tough but so far so good. We'll keep you updated as the journey continues. It is going to be a very long, difficult, painful recovery.
