Journal entry by Colette Barth

We got to come home to Bismarck, but only until May 22nd and then we have to go back for more tests.  The docs did not really want to let Rod go, but he said he needed a mental health break from everything.  They cautioned us that he is still high risk with no immune system.  He could easily get a blood infection, like he did before from a hangnail cut on his finger.  It put him in the hospital for 4 days.  So we are being very careful. Thanks to Kaysee for she sanitized the whole house this past Sunday.  We will have to keep up infection control measures at home, Rod will have to wear a mask and gloves if we get visitors.  He is not allowed to go shopping, or to any social events or games.  You are welcome to visit if you are not sick with a cold/virus.  Best to come on a good weather day, so we can be out on the deck.  Just give us a call before coming over.  701-595-1829.
