We just got back from 7 hours at Hershey; Robyn's blood counts were extremely low, so we had to go for 2 pints of blood.  Since she is neutropenic, she cannot come to our banquet on Thursday and we are hoping she is feeling strong enough to go wedding dress shopping on Saturday. . . at least her spirits are high!  It is so tough to watch your baby suffer, even knowing that the God we serve will get us through.  Fear keeps me awake at night, as I have spent much of my Christian walk wrestling with God over His handling of life events.  His ways are best, but not always the easiest.  We are praying that she can continue to work more hours, as she and Beny are trying to find a place to live after they get married in January (the small dog and fat cat are not welcome in most rentals and the nonprofit incomes are not welcome to most mortgage companies :))

As we come up on the year anniversary of Robyn's diagnosis, we are all amazed at what we have come through, how we much we have overcome and yet, how much we still have to face.  He is with us in the midst of it all.  Please pray that Robyn will tolerate next week's daily trips to HMC for her nelarabine treatments and be able to take part in the Denver community prayer walk on Good Friday.  Also, please pray that she finds "the" dress - all princesses deserve to be wearing the perfect dress on their wedding day!
