Hello everyone,

It’s been a while since our last update, and we wanted to share how things have been going. The past couple of months have been busy as we juggle chemo treatments, doctor’s appointments, and adjusting to our new normal and routine.

For the most part, RJ’s treatments have been going as well as can be. However, his last chemo session was delayed due to low counts. The doctors believe they’ve identified the cause, which also explains the fevers that have required multiple hospital stays after his recent treatments. We just finished a round of chemo and a hospital stay this weekend. Thankfully, adjusting the dose of one of his medications seems to be helping his recovery this time around! Fingers crossed things continue to go well! 

Throughout all of this, RJ has shown incredible strength and bravery. He’s handling the pokes like a champ, and it’s been amazing to watch his personality blossom. The nurses and doctors adore him—he makes everyone laugh, and we’re cherishing all these precious moments together. RJ has even had a couple of playdates recently, and it was wonderful to see him smile and be so happy again. He even did a dance performance for one of our favorite doctors! 😂
