Hello friends
Happy to say I am back home in Montana!
After spending nearly 8 months in Seattle it feels so good to be home. The return was more difficult than expected. Turns out 8 months at sea level and a jump to 3400 ft was hard on my weakened body. Had some fluid in and around the lungs and landed in the hospital first week for a couple of days. Then again for 5 more days. We got through it of course. Just another part of this long journey. Happy to say I am feeling much better and have even been able to spend a few hours a day in my businesses. So good to feel some sense of normal. I am anxious to see friends and family but must be careful and keep distance and mask up as my immune system is still very new since my bone marrow transplant. Rebecca and I continue to face challanges as we settle in to our new normal but together we can do anything. So hard with all the unknowns for a couple of control freaks. We hold on to each other and face whatever comes our way. She is my rock.
Love to you all. Thank you for all the love and prayers you have sent our way.
