Dear friends, our journey has not come to an end, as we continue to fight the fight to getting healthy and return home as a family. It’s been 78 days here, and feeling like hostages.
It’s taking everything I have to manage our lives outside the hospital and continue being by my husbands side every day. Your friendships, words of hope, prayers and donations are what gives us the strength to keep fighting. Thank you all.
As we enter the New Year, I have decided to make some changes in how we battle this hell. We want to smile, hold our heads up high and be smart on any future decisions we will need to make. I will not continue to write here in caring bridge, but will continue journaling. Please let me know if you are interested in continuing hearing about our journey.
