Richard E. Jack, 64, of Lac du Flambeau passed away in Duluth, MN on Sept. 11, 2018
He was preceded in death by his father Richard, two brothers Michael and John and a sister Anne.
Survived by his Mother Betty Jack, brother Christopher Jack, four sisters Wyona Jack, Valerie Jack, Sue Ann Vannatter and Yolanda St. Germaine and many other relatives and friends.
Traditional Native American services will be held on Friday September 14th after 4 PM until Saturday September 15, 2018 at the Multi Purpose Building in Lac du Flambeau.
Burial will be in Memorial Cemetery.
Bolger Funeral and Cremation Services of Minocqua and Woodruff is serving the family.
