It’s been ONE year!   One year ago today our lives were changed forever.  The news of Ivey’s accident on Oct 30, 2021 shook us to the core and forced us on journey that we were not prepared for or wanting to walk. As we look back over the past year, we rejoice that God has healed her physically over time, and He has been faithful to heal all of us mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.  Things have changed.  We will never be the same, but we are thankful for this!  You see, how we look at life and our faith in our Creator has been tested,  reshaped, strengthened over the past year.  God has remained the same, and He has  been our rock, our comforter, our sustainer, our provider, our shepherd,  and Ivey’s Jehovah Rapha (The Lord who heals)!!

Ivey has made a miraculous recovery!   She is back to about 90% of her pre-accident form.  She been working a part time job and has gradually moved toward more normal activities.   Cognitively she’s doing really well.  Spiritually she’s grown and her faith has been strengthened.     We THANK YOU for all the prayers that were prayed for her over the past year.  There were tens of thousands of prayers lifted up by an army of saints across the globe, and God has been faithful to answer those prayers.  

She is still dealing with some lingering pain in her lower back from her broken pelvis.  May we ask you to continue to pray for her to experience  complete healing?  For there to be no lingering effects or chronic pain that she has to manage long term.   We continue to covet your prayers and again THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for your support and love for the FunderBunch over the past year.  We wouldn’t have wanted to walk this road without you.
