My friend, Byron Merritt, has been diagnosed with Afib.  He had an unsuccessful electrical cardioversion, which is an electric shock to return the heartbeat to a normal rythm.  He will have a catheter ablation Oct 31.  They will insert a catheter into his heart and destroy the areas causing the erratic electrical signals.  Byron has been plagued with various medical issues for a very long time, and he also lost his wife to an auto accident with a Wetumpka police officer who was high on Kratom at the time.  It's been a rough go of it for him.  I'm asking for prayer for him--in whatever way the Holy Spirit leads you.  For healing, but I feel like there's more than that too, I'm just not quite sure what.
