It’s official! Tomorrow, July 7, 2023 - exactly 3 years from the day of our accident (July 7, 2020) - Jeff will return to active duty as a firefighter. We’ve waited 3 very long, hard years for this day and I can’t believe it’s finally here. It’s taken a lot of patience and perseverance through some very dark days to finally get to the place where we can see the sun starting to shine on us again. I’m incredibly proud of Jeff and his determination to make this day a reality. He’s missed his job and his crew more than you can possibly imagine.
We are beyond grateful and thankful to so many people that have helped us and prayed for us over these past 3 years. Most of all we thank God for blessing our family in the midst of it all. Even on the worst days, our faith has never wavered. This verse really speaks to our hashtag #powerinprayer
