Short update:

We hope everyone had a great Easter and got to enjoy some of the nice weather we have been having!

Mom and Doug returned from their 3 week stay in Rochester on March 27th. They were welcomed home by family and, of course, the dogs!! Mom has been feeling good for the most part after the continuous chemo and radiation. She has experienced some minor side effects; fatigue and a decrease in her appetite. However, she has been a champ at dealing with it and has not let it set her back at all. We are just so thankful she has been feeling good for the most part, as we know it is not always the case with others with her diagnosis. She continues to be monitored by her doctors at Mayo and will be headed back in the beginning of May to have her gallbladder drain replaced and some other exploratory procedures.

Right now, we look forward to seeing you all at Pete’s benefit on Saturday, April 22nd. We pray Pete remains in good health, we pray for nice weather, and we thank God for the blessing of being able to get together to thank all of our friends and family for their love and support of Pete! God bless you all!
