Hi. Kim, Paul's daughter here.  I created this site so everyone can follow along with my dad's cancer journey. 


On Friday, October 14th, my dad went in for an MRI for his shoulder.  He had hurt his shoulder at work and they were thinking he maybe tore something.  He was in alot of pain and had a ton of swelling(or so we thought) so they had a hard time doing the MRI bc he couldn't stay still long enough. The techs kept asking him "Do you have cancer?" That made him scared, but they were right. 

Sunday, October 16th they got the results no one wants to hear. "There is a mass on his shoulder, possibly cancerous, along with a few tears.  Another tumor on his neck and liver. Many nodules on his left lung, possible metastasis with tumor on shoulder." After some testing they have figured out it started out as Liver cancer.

Please pray for him and also my mom! She is a wreck!  We will take all the prayers we can get!

So many beautiful flowers, plants and gifts! Our whole house smells like flowers when you walk in. I love it! Thank you to everyone who sent them. There were many more I didn't get pictures of. I also added some pictures in the picture part on here since I can only add 5 pics to a journal.  So go take a look at photos on here! 

Also, thank you so much to everyone who was able to make it to my Dad's wake and/or funeral or watch it online. It meant the world to us!

We are hanging in there. Not doing the best, but who would be right now with everything we've gone through? 

Please say some prayers for my Mom...she needs them the most.
