This will be our last Caringbridge post.  Patti's ashes were laid to rest yesterday at St. Gabriel's Cemetery during a small, private ceremony.  Patti had a notebook that she wrote in at times as she engaged in her end of life work.  The attached photo is a poem that she had handwritten on the inside of the notebook - this is shared in hopes of guiding each of you as you grieve and celebrate Patti's remarkable life.
