Our hero took her last breath late this morning. Our family was fortunate to have spent the last week laughing, crying, hugging, and loving on her as this chapter of her life came to an end. We are sad for the memories that won't be able to be made, but happy for the ones that we have and we will cherish those deep within our hearts forever.  Our mom was always the best at making sure memories would be made, even up until her last day she was making sure Christmas went exactly as she had planned. She always put so much effort into each and every birthday, holiday, and event for our family. Her kids and grandkids were her ultimate treasures in life. She loved our dad more than life itself and although she knows he will have many hard days ahead, she knows we will take the best care of him and love on him each and every day. He is also our hero. Their vows they made were put to the ultimate test with her cancer diagnosis and it made their love stronger than ever. I only wish everyone in the world can experience a true, everlasting love like theirs. 
Please pray for our family as we navigate this life without her physically here with us. Our hearts ache for that loss, but we know she is watching us from heaven and cheering us on in ours lives. We will continue to make her proud.
