celebrating the life of Patrick are as follows: Visitation and rosary: Tuesday, May 18th from
5 to 8 pm at Queen of Heaven Funeral Home 1562 E Baseline Road, Mesa, AZ 85204. Funeral mass; Wednesday, May 19th at
10:00 am at Resurrection Catholic Church at 3201 S. Evergreen Road, Tempe, AZ 85282 followed by a luncheon to which all are invited at 3917 South Shannon Drive, Tempe, AZ 85282. Instead of flowers, donations in Patrick’s memory can be made to St. Joseph
the Worker, St. Vincent De Paul, and St. Mary’s Food Bank.
