Last Thursday the 7th was Barb's birthday. It was also my 32nd and final cardiac rehab session! Thanks to all the walking, biking, lifting, squatting, and pulling, I'm back to about 2/3 of my former strength. That's an amazing feeling.

Today I went to the gym for the first time since Wednesday, September 20th (2 days before...my mishap). I tried my best to recreate the same workout that I had been doing for the last three months at cardiac rehab. It was a success and I look forward to hitting the gym at least three days a week from here on out. 

My recovery journey continues. Thank you Lord, for getting me this far! Signing off for now. My love to you all...   M
