My husband Joel and I were invited by CHOP to participate in the Broad Street 10 Miler in a couple weeks.  In return, we would like to give back to the Pediatric Oncology Child Life Department!!  Until Liv got sick, I had no idea that there was a department called Child Life.  They are responsible for explaining illnesses and treatment procedures to sick children. They are also the ones that provide games/toys/activities and snacks for children while at clinic or inpatient. We have donated toys numerous times to CHOP and Janet Weis Child Life Departments. They are amazing and we want to give back to them!!  Help us raise funds to support their department!
