From Gail:

Thank you for your continued prayers and support. My last post shared the need for transport vans to get us to therapy. I am happy to report that Norm is mastering transfers so I am getting him to therapy appointments at St. Luke’s Hospital 3 times per week without outside help. Using an e-stim, Norm is able to function a bit better in his right hand. He is also receiving Botox injections in his right arm and hand. Thankfully things are starting to loosen up a bit. In physical therapy, Norm is walking the halls with the help of an Exos robot, which is retraining his body to walk again. Praising God for this slow but steady progress. Speech continues to be the largest deficit for Norm. We are finding that he can read short phrases and comprehend simple instructions and are thankful for those improvements. So thankful for my children and extended family for their love and support. Praying daily for strength and guidance.
