When we got the call about Nolan’s accident in September and that he was being airlifted to Children’s Minneapolis, we didn’t know if he would ever get to where he’s at now. Yesterday, we drove by the Staples hospital on the way back from watching his team play in Detroit Lakes. I became very emotional. It stopped me in my tracks and brought conversations to a stop. Meagan Henderson said everything has come full circle now, you needed that. Memories overloaded me about the day of the accident, the call and not physically being there for him.

Today we had the last appointment with the Neurosurgeon and he got the ALL CLEAR return to contact sports. Thanks to all of you for the support, prayers and love. Happy to say that he has made the Firehawks Bantam A team and is excited to play his first game. While we are very nervous, he is ready. #letsgonono
