After being home a week and going to COLTT (center of Life Thoracic Transplant) Rehab, I am able to walk over a mile with no assistance and walk for at least 30 mins as well as stationary bike 2 miles and complete an hour of PT.  The program usually takes 4-6 weeks but I am hoping to complete in 3.  

I hope to return to some work virtually around 10/19.  We see the advanced heart failure doctor Tuesday so I will know when the next check point will be.  It should be a cardiac cath at the end of Oct and reassessment of the milrinone at that time.
