Here we are in February which used to be the days of Feb-any. That's right you could get a sandwich from Subway for $5 no matter what kind. It was a day of endless optimism and sustenance. Pick a sandwich pay $5 and a little bit of tax and you had yourself a meal and if you were trying to stretch things out two meals. It was simpler times before the year war in Ukraine and the pandemic and Donald Trump all of the wonderful chaos that now infects our lives on a daily basis. And of course now Subway sandwiches are over $10 and Febuany is just a memory, the past which seems to get more and more nostalgic with each passing year.
