I’m happy to report that Nick made it home this evening! That being said it did not come without a lot of effort. The journey from hospital bed to couch was more difficult than imagined. He will be on continuous oxygen use and home bound for about four weeks.
With all that and feeling we’ve come full circle I’m compelled to add...Covid is no joke and I hope everyone reading this sees it in a new or different light and doing their part to keep everyone safe!
