Journal entry by Nathan Cheramie

Day 19-22

Sorry that we have been unable to post the last few days. Over the weekend, we enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Nathan and Jill spent Easter Sunday by attending mass at the hospital. On Monday, he participated in his final day of therapy at Touro in the rehab facility. Yesterday was finally the day! Nathan was able to come home yesterday. He was greeted by many family and friends as he pulled in the driveway. He had a good first night back home and was able to rest comfortably. Today, he starts his first day of outpatient therapy. We asked for continued prayers as we continue on this journey that is not yet over. He has made so much progress from day one, and we are certain he will only continue to improve.

For those asking, yes we are allowing visitors! Nathan is always wondering who is going to be stoping by next. With that being said, we cannot guarantee that he will be awake if you choose to come by for a visit. All that we ask is that you let someone in the family know before coming, as he will be going to therapy five days a week (times vary). Thanks for all of the support!
