Hello.
My name is Nathan Thimmesch.
I've been diagnosed with Ewing sarcoma. I have had surgery to remove what they could. I have went through chemo for as much as my body could take. I just finished radiation, that didn't work.
I will be starting more chemo on Monday. It was described to me as more of a maintenance chemo. There is a chance it could work. But that chance is probably as good as it would be winning the Powerball...
On a good run they are thinking 2 years...
I'm struggling. I'm scared. I'm an emotional mess...
I have a beautiful daughter that needs me.
I have a loving wife that needs me.
The thought of leaving them is soul crushing!
I need help with them. They are both so strong, but also so fragile. I'm going to try my best. But need all of you to help me if that's not enough. They will not know when to ask for it, or how too. Just like I don't. Please be there if I can't
There have been many people that have asked how they can help. This is the biggest thing I can think of!
