Update Update for Caring Bridge:

Dear Family and Friends,

It’s been quite a while since my last post, so I thought it is time for an update. 

      In July, it will be a year since I was able to start on a genetic medication that we hoped would keep my cancer from spreading- and so far, it has.  Not only that, but it has almost no side effects and I am able to continue living as someone who hasn’t even been sick.

     So here’s what I’ve learned and continue to learn:

     -God has done more for me than I deserve.

     -God has helped me to better understand the sacrifice He made for me when He sent His Son to die on the cross.

     -No matter what happens next, whether the cancer starts growing again or not, God knows what is best and I’m safe under God’s care.

       Thank you all for your prayers, texts, cards and concern for me through this journey.

     “Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever! Amen.”
