Sign In to Show Your SupportAs I compose this journal entry, I am sitting outside my house with my comfortable PJs on and feeling the lovely but yet light breeze.
How did I spend my Fourth of July weekend?
Majority of the time I slept, watched some movies and shows like this is us, and Luca which was super cute but I fell asleep in the middle of it.
Best part of all, trying to keep hydrated and eat as much as possible post chemo was one of the hardest things with a super dry mouth yuck!
My taste buds are so off, my coffee this morning tasted like pure milk can you say gross!
Other than that, I thought about all the people that have made such a difference throughout this entire year when we experienced a difficult and dangerous pandemic.
It’s been hard to talk about it, but I lost mine one of a kind mother to Covid and I know that doctors, nurses, social workers, and so many others have tried their best to outweigh this monster.
In my post today you’ll see a picture of a very kind social worker that I met at Columbia by the name of Angela, so far I’ve seen her just about three times and I can tell you she is wonderful!
I will also give you a glimpse of me in my PJs LOL just for fun!
