This is the last entry in this Caring Bridge journal!!
Dad had a great visit with Mom. She looked very good, just "weak as a kitten" (mom's description in our conversation). Dad spoon fed her her first food by mouth, some ice cream. She cannot walk yet but she told Dad she stood. Dad said she looked like a NASA project with all her monitor wires & such.
She does have her phone, but please keep in mind she needs her rest. It's not going to be an easy recovery but we know how strong she is.
She is allowed one visitor per day between 12 and 6.
The whole Macleod family would like to thank you for all your concern & prayers.
Hoping 2021 brings all good things, especially good health.
