Today the Christmas tree goes up, and the outside lights plus the little blue spruce tree gets decorated. Thanksgiving went off without too much stress. I read a poem that said we have an empty chair here but God is setting an extra place for Mike at His table.
Mike would want us to press forward, so we do. One step at a time. Some tears, some laughter, an aching in our hearts, but forward as it should be. We honor him by not giving up. Blessings on all of you this season of Christ's birth. We celebrate a life well lived and a legacy to be carried on and on.
