On Monday, November 22nd, 2021, I went to the urgent care and then emergency room because I had been feeling very tired, had a persistent cough, and  was having stomach issues.  After a CT scan of my abdomen, the doctors found what they think is cancer.  

Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place . We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.

This site will be used to share updates about my health, as well as our personal story as we go through diagnosis, treatment, and what follows. We're using the same site I've used for previous health issues, so you'll see many old posts as well.  Thank you for your prayers, positive thoughts, and support.

If you're headed to the Minnesota State Fair this year, look for a new place to sit courtesy of Michael J Kruchten. His bench is blue and will be somewhere in the Grandstand and Dan Patch Park area.
 
It would be great if you snapped a picture of your crew enjoying the bench and posted it here.
