Hello family and friends,

This website is to keep friends and family updated on Mike Kelley's health status.  It will be maintained by Rose Kelley and this message is being written by Jason Kelley.

As of today, Mike's day to day life involves doctor's visits and chemotherapy treatment.  His esophagus cancer has spread to various bones and he is experiencing significant pain, especially in his back.  It has been controlled through pain medication.

He has lost much strength and coordination in his hands.  He is ambulatory and able to walk with a walker and assistance.  He goes on occasional outings.

His next chemo is December 4th.  An EMG and neurological exam are after chemo to look at why there has been a loss of feeling and coordination in his hands.  He has a consultation with a radiologist after that.
