Happy September to the friends and loved ones of Mike Hall!

He is doing about the same, and we are thankful there is always that sweet smile we all know and love to greet us when we go see him. The facility is still only allowing Sue, the children and spouses to go see him and only those who are vaccinated due to the latest COVID surge. We love being able to see the pictures Spring Arbor posts on Facebook every day so we can see him even when we aren't there!

September 5 will mark two years since Mike's stroke. It's hard to believe it has been that long. When we think of how tragic that day was, we know we are fortunate that he survived and is still with us. 

September 8 is Mike's 79th birthday!! We know he would be SO blessed if he got lots and lots of birthday cards! If you are willing, would you send him one to make him smile? If he can't have many visitors, this is the next best thing to make his day a happy one.

We pray that everyone will be blessed for your continued support of Mike and the family. And we also pray you will stay safe from this nasty virus. Lord, help us all!

Father, You are so faithful to see us through the toughest of times. We are all beyond weary of this seemingly never-ending pandemic, but we are grateful we know One who is greater than all sickness. You will never leave us nor forsake us, even in the darkest of times.

Lord Jesus, please bless Mike on his birthday with all the love we can send his way. Thank You that although his life was altered forever, You were still with him when he had his stroke, and we pray that You have been glorified over the last two years of this journey. 

For the blessing of Mike Hall and all he has been and will continue to be, we thank You. We ask that You help us to bless him back as best we can. And we will be careful to give You all the praise and glory. In Jesus' Name, amen.
