No gym today.
Yesterday I went out with my friends to take a long and healthy walk in the mountains and today I feel totally underslept. So, I won't go to the gym today - I just don't feel like it, I lack the energy and drive to pump iron.
Tomorrow, in turn, it's pumping iron for me.
