Appointment for labs and followup with oncologist today. I found out that the referral had not been made yet, but Katie PA was going to check on it. She said it might take 6 months to get appointment.

This made me upset because my last appointment was a month ago. I called my primary doctor, whom I had called and left a message for a referral for appointment for Neurologist. He HAD put in a referral for me and she gave me the name and number and I called and guess what?  My appointment is for

.....DECEMBER 9TH!!! WOW! I asked to be put on the call back list and the woman from that office said certainly, but to let me know that there was 50-60 patients on the call back list!  WOW! Really?  I have to wait 9 months for an appointment! Ok, that's depressing!
