Mike: We think of you every day and I try and channel your practical wisdom in making decisions. So far my only contested matter has been a child's change of name but I am sure there will be more challenges ahead. You (and Alice) are inspiring!

I've gotten to know Michael largely through his influence on Elizabeth. Seeing his impact in how she connects with, always seeks to understand, and ultimately strives to serve others has been inspiring in a very literal way in how I conduct myself.
