Everyone was super excited to see the ambulance pull up in our driveway today because it meant that Melvin was home! Great News….We are on the last leg of this healing journey.
Melvin spent the last 27 days in the hospital lying flat on his back so he could start the healing process. Today he got the approval to come home. He will be gradually sitting up over the next 30 days. If all goes well he will be back in his wheelchair by mid August.
We are blessed and grateful!
