I know, again it’s been a while…

Selena over the last few weeks didn’t have many changes. Just lowering ventilator, upping it, lowering it and lowering it until finally she was on the lowest settings. Until finally today……… 

SHE WAS EXTUBATED!!!! We are officially on cpap!!! Breathing on her own!!!! 

She is the strongest little cookie I know. My inspiration. I’m so proud to be this little powerful humans mother. I cry just thinking about how strong she is and how much she’s overcome.

She is now 1lb 8.6oz!!! We are GROWING! She’s eating 3.5ML of breast milk through the feeding tube. She’s in steroids for her lungs. No bp meds, and no antibiotics. At this very moment, she’s doing very well. 

We will continue to pray things just keep going up from here until July so we can take our baby home!!! 🤍🙏🏼🤍🙏🏼🤍 thank you Lord and thank you everyone whose been praying for us because I promise they’re working and we will continue to need them!
