Thought I’d give a quick update. Physical therapy is going well, slowly but surely! I have pretty much no more pain. The last 2 years I RARELY slept through the night, and now I never wake up. It is truly amazing. I’m looking forward to starting school in the fall, especially doing so with a legitimate night of sleep for once.
Range of motion and strength are still in process, but pretty much all daily activities are getting easier. Still working on opening twist tops!
