From Dylan:

Hello all you wonderful people who have been following our journey with Mayer. It has been far too long since I last shared how things have been going and we cannot

As our last week wrapped up at Sanford we could see the light at the end of the tunnel. We were becoming consistent with Mayer's feedings, he was finishing his antibiotic, and finally taken to a fortifier in his milk. So as of February 25th, exactly one month after he was born, we got to take him home!

Bringing him home was quite the trip because pre-mature babies shouldn't be in car seats for too long so we had to take some breaks, but he did an amazing job and slept pretty much the entire time. We also got to experience changing a baby in public for the first time which was quite the time. Very different than being in the hospital.

We came home and were greeted by balloons and Mayer's grandparents welcoming us home. We'll share some more photos soon, but for now we're just settling back in and enjoying having a little bundle of joy to take care of at home!
