First, I am sorry that it has taken ME so long to get you an update! There are so many things to share with you all! 

A couple of months ago Matthew fell in his bathroom and broke a couple of ribs. This was a bit of a set back at the time however he has recovered nicely.  Matthew also did some genetic testing around that same time that showed us that he may be resilient to the chemo.  Even with that Matt has never wavered from having HOPE!!! 

There have been a lot of setbacks when Matt goes in for chemo, so the timeline has been stretched some. His kidneys are taking a giant hit! There are a lot of weeks that consist of just fluids and electrolytes. 

That mostly brings us to the last two weeks. Matt ended up with cellulitis, which is a type of infection, below his nose. This landed Matt in the ER at which time they did do new scans and we were able to see that not only does Matt not have any new cancer his tumors have... GOTTEN SMALLER!!!!!  This is the best news that we could have gotten!!!  

Right now, Matthew's kidneys are not healthy enough to have chemo, he needs to wait about 2 weeks, and he will be working on lots of fluids and rest in the meantime. 

We are so grateful for all your love and support that not only Matthew gets, but the support also our whole family gets. We know that this is all part of God's plan and man is he a GOOD GOD!!!!  Please keep the prayers coming and if you are able, we still have Matt's GoFund me account active and we would sure appreciate any help you can give him!!!
