Matthew’s Story

Site created on November 7, 2022

Matthew and mom were involved in a head on collision Saturday night, November 5th. Mom was driving and Matthew was restrained in the back seat. Thankfully,  mom (as well as the other parties involved) sustained minimal injuries and are all at home recovering. Matthew, however, sustained a fairly significant head injury, along with a few broken ribs, a bruised lung, and some injuries to his kidney and spleen. The majority of his injuries will heal on their own without intervention. We are hopeful that with time and lots of prayers, his head injury will also completely recover.

We are beyond thankful for the outpouring of love and support in all ways but most importantly through prayer.

Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. Romans 12:12
