Well, this spring has brought good news about both cancers.  At the end of March, I had a CT scan which showed all my lymph nodes were back to normal size.  My white count was almost normal also.  This occurred after taking Brukinsa twice a day since December for the leukemia.

Then in mid-April, I went to Mayo in Rochester where I had a bladder scan which showed no evidence of disease. The urine cytology was also negative for cancer cells.  Hallelujah!

So I will return to Minnesota and the end of June will see my oncologist for CLL.  I don’t go back to Mayo for urology until October.

I am feeling good — a little bruising and fatigue from the medication — but otherwise fine.
