I thought that using this site would make it easier to share information about my mom. But, I have found that there is really no easy way to go through this process. It is with much sadness that I share the news that my mom passed away this morning. It is unfathomable that on August 21, she drove herself to Bingo in Selma. Just a month later and she has been through so much. I am thankful that she is  with the Lord, but sad that she is no longer with us. I will share the arrangements once we have the dates. The funeral will be in Atlanta, as most of our family is there. Thank you for all of your kindness, thoughts and prayers! Your friendships have been a blessing in a very trying time.
