Journal entry by Cathy Holland —
Hi all! I hope that you each had a wonderful Thanksgiving with your family and friends. Mo is having the final phase of reconstruction surgery tomorrow. She has to be at the hospital at 545 am with the surgery set to go at 730am. The surgery is 90 minutes long and she will go home after. Please pray for little to no pain, and no issues with anesthesia, for the doctors and nurses. We all know Mo is a rockstar so we hope this will be a breeze for her but having prayer warriors definitely helps!
The erythropoietin shot is helping some. Her RBC count is up, not normal but up! Her WBC and platelets are also improving so that is great news! We have moved her repeat bone marrow biopsy to after the new year!
Thanks for praying!
