Hello dear friends of Mary,   Id like to send you an update on Mary and let you know of upcoming appointments.  But first,  thank you so very much for your support, prayers, and love that have been ongoing since  August 5, 2020.  

Mary is making  progress and doing very well.  Physical therapy continues to challenge her and her therapist sees her gaining strength and balance.  She still has a ways to go to build up her confidence.    Her hopes of driving will have to be postponed until she really feels ready.    

Mary recently had an appointment with her neurologist.  He emphasized the importance of  going directly to the ER if she ever has difficulty speaking or shows any other signs of a stroke.     There have  been two incidences of Mary being unable to speak.    The last time  this happened she decided to see if her speech returned and if her condition improved, which it did.  But it's important to get immediate care and an evaluation asap. 

Mary will be needing rides on the following dates:

Wednesday June 4 ~   Pick up at 9:30  to Century City

Friday June 7 ~ Pick up at  12:30  to UCLA in Westwood

Tuesday June 15 ~ Pick up at 10:00  to Santa Monica
